Sophie joined Nelsons in January 2026 as Head of Broker Development. With over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, she has built strong relationships across brokers, insurers, and partners throughout the commercial market. Sophie focuses on developing broker partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting sustainable, profitable growth, bringing extensive market knowledge and commercial expertise to the role. Outside of work, Sophie loves travelling, exploring new cultures, and discovering great food. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and making the most of opportunities to socialise. At home, Sophie is kept company by her pampered cat, Mr Pips, who is treated like the king he is!
